Use this page to work out where to send privacy questions, access requests, correction requests, or deletion requests. The right destination depends on whether your question is about ParrotIt itself or about a specific organisation using ParrotIt.

You do not need to write to anyone to ask for a submission to be deleted. Open your History, choose the submission, and select Request deletion. This removes the encrypted copy from ParrotIt-controlled systems and asks the organisation to delete any copies it holds. You can watch the status of the request from the same place. Backups keep a copy for up to 14 days after that, and a certified record keeps only its fingerprint.
Use the privacy policy shown on that form or the organisation contact details provided with it. If a school, charity, clinic, employer, or other organisation collected your information through ParrotIt, that organisation may be the correct first contact for the request.
If your question concerns ParrotIt Setter, ParrotIt Responder, or the ParrotIt iPhone app as products, use the ParrotIt contact form at parrotit.app/5QJEC. Include the product surface involved and enough context for the request to be understood without guesswork.
