ParrotIt Keys
Fill it in once. Tap next time.
A ParrotIt Key brings back what was filled in last time, with a scan or a tap.
- Sticker on the boiler
- Fob on the dog’s collar
- Wristband at the door
- Card in a wallet
Every repeat visit starts the same way.
The same questions, and a hunt through last year’s notes. The boiler can’t tell you what was done last time. The dog can’t tell you about its allergy. The guest at the door gives their details all over again. And plenty of people don’t have a phone to fill in a form on.
A Key is a short code on a card or in a QR, or a tag you can stick on or hand over. At the first visit, the form gets filled in once. Next time, what you were told is back on your screen, ready to check and update. Hand Keys out in batches, printed, as a QR, or as a tag.
You choose how tightly it is locked.
Scan it
Scan or type the code, and the answers come back on the phones and tablets you’ve set up.
Hold it
The tag also holds a secret ParrotIt never sees. Any phone on your team can bring the answers back with a tap of the tag, plus a PIN if you want one.
Own it
The person keeps the Key on their own phone, takes it to the next place that asks, and decides who can use it.
Tapping a tag works on Android phones today. The iPhone app is coming soon. Scanning the code works on any phone or tablet.
At every level, answers are encrypted on the device before they leave it. Not even ParrotIt can read them.
No big system to set up.
Asset tracking, field service, practice management and event systems do some of this, at a price and a setup time built for big teams. ParrotIt is a form you can make in under a minute and a Key you can hand over today.
A form in under a minute.
Describe what you need, and ParrotIt’s AI writes the questions. A form can be ready in under a minute. A vet’s front desk can build one between appointments. So can a plumber in the van.
Make any form you need. Use Keys where people come back, and ordinary forms for everything else.
The form starts out legal. ParrotIt writes the privacy notice data protection law asks for: why you collect the answers, how long you keep them, and who to complain to. Check it before you publish, because only you know why you are asking.
The AI writes the form but never sees the answers. It learned from the shape of forms other teams kept, never from what anyone answered, so the questions come out in an order people can follow.
